Why Silkwood Exists

Silkwood Group was built on a simple conviction: that overseas and domestic investors deserve the same direct, developer-level access to UK property that has traditionally been reserved for institutions and insiders, and that they should never pay a premium for it. Our fee always comes from the developer, never the client, so the guidance stays honest and the price you pay is the right one.

As a team we have helped more than 3,500 clients across over 70 countries transact in excess of £100 million of UK property, anchored by an axis between Manchester, the heart of the UK's fastest-growing regional economy, and Dubai, a natural hub for international capital. Rather than hand clients off at the point of sale, we support the entire journey, sourcing, tax structuring, legal work through SRA-regulated partners, finance and lettings, all coordinated under one roof, so an investor anywhere in the world can buy with the same confidence as a local buyer.
